I cannot log in after reaching my account limits

Hello, I understand that my account is disabled because I've reached my submission limit, but does that really mean I can't even log in? It's not letting me.

You should still be able to log in despite reaching your account limits. Only the forms are temporarily disabled when that happens. Do you get an error when trying to log in? Can you take a screenshot of that and post it here?
