My online donation form is not working

URGENT: I made an online donation form called SIA Recycling Programme. The last step is to make payment however, the credit card option is not working. It will allow people type in their names but not type in their credit card number, cvc or expirary date. When the box is clicked to insert that information no keyboard comes up, over 5 people have experienced this issue. Also when customers try to submit it takes them back to the beginning of the form and not the thank you page. Please help ASAP! Thank you.

I can see you have replaced the PayPal field with Square and it's properly configured when I checked.

I also tested and I was able to input values into the card number field.
