I need to share my forms created to my customer's jotform account. Is there anyway to provide it?
I am talking about the form design itself, not the submissions. Thank you

Hi,
We can transfer the form to another account if that's what you need.
Please provide the form and the name of the account you would like to transfer the form into.
Looking forward to your reply.

Great. I can provide it the accounts and forms info, but I would like to do it for each customer. I created some forms that can be useful for many customers. So, for any new customer, will I need to request this transfer or is there a way to do it on my own, such as export from my account and import from the customer's account? or maybe to create my form as a public template to be reachable from the public gallery. Is it possible?

Hi there,
When a form is transferred, then the form and its data are moved to the other account. Based on your explanation I would recommend using the cloning option instead. You can find the available methods in the guides below.

If you still prefer to use the form transfer option then you'll have to provide us the form ID or URL in your account and the account username where you'd like to transfer the form. This is because only JotForm support can transfer a form from one account to another.
