Unable to view attachments

    I am experiencing technical difficulties with a form. Specifically, when I attempt to view documents I uploaded to the form, an error message is returned (see screenshot below). I have used multiple devices and browsers to view the information but, unfortunately, the same error message is received.

    Unfortunately, we have not received your screenshot. But I understand that you are getting a 404 error.

    From our mail log, I can see that you are filling the form "2020 – 2021 APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP", but it is not yet submitted.

    Since the form is not submitted, the uploads are not yet sent to our server and if you click on the uploaded files, it will show this error.

    Please submit the form and then check the uploads from the confirmation you receive. You can also reach out to the form owner and verify with them if the uploads are visible at their end too after the form submission.
