How can I bring across extra fields into Engagebay?

    Hi There,

    In my CRM (Engagebay) I have two fields that I am hoping can be populated when my form is completed - although it is not directly related to any of the questions on the Jotform.

    When the form is completed I would like "type of client" to be changed to "Harley" and the "Lifecycle" stage of the client changed to "Subscriber"

    Is there a way to do this through the form?

    I was thinking there may be a function on the form when they answer a certain question it automatically answers another hidden question which can then be used as a link to the CRM?

    You can add the fields, set their default values, and set them as read-only and hidden.
