Hello. I was wondering if there was a way to do custom formatting of check boxes, similar to the HTML editor for text? I was hoping to add some spacing between the different checkbox options and a break between the email opt in groups and the email examples. I would also like to change the font sizes and colors between the group names and examples in parenthesis.
Also, is there anyway to have a pop up warning box appear if an item is unchecked? I was hoping for a warning message to appear with the text "Please know that if you opt out of this group, you may miss out on important notifications and events." if the MGA or LGA options were unchecked. Sorry if I am asking the impossible.

Unfortunately checkbox doesn't have html editor the for text labels. However, you can always achieved that when you wrap checkbox options with html tags. Example, base on your needs.
<span style="font-size:14px;font-weight:bold;color:blue;">Option 1</span>
To use break, you can use <br /> tags and a space if you'd like to add a spacing.
If you want to make the checkbox field mandatory, just set it as "Required".
You can also set minimum or maximum selection. Just right click the field, show properties and set it there. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/251-How-to-set-up-minimum-or-maximum-number-of-selection-on-Checkbox-Field
