Autoresponder Email: How to send a reminder email to the client one day before booking?

I've got another question about the calendar function.

I'd like to send reminders and I notice there is an autoresponder function with the possibility to send email at a later date, however I don't seem to understand if possible to set the email date based on the booking date.

Ie. booking for 10-03-2021, I'd like to send a reminder one day before the booking.

Is it possible?

It is not possible to send a reminder email before the booking date directly. However, we can create a workaround with conditions to make it work. Please allow me some time to create a workaround for you. I will get back to you soon.

Step 1: We will add two Date Picker fields in the form and hide these.

Step 2: Add an Update/Calculate Field condition to copy Appointment field value to 1st Date Picker field (Appointment Date).

Step 3: Add another condition to subtract the number of days from the Appointment Date to calculate the Reminder Date (2nd Date Picker field).

Step 4:  You can then set your autoresponder email's Send Emails Later setting into the reminder date field.
