    JotForm Account Over Quota

    I've disabled the 7 forms on my account, jotform1939, that were set up as SSL. The forms have been transferred to a new account, adhdclinic. Will this clear my account now without having to upgrade at this time?

    Hello jotform1939,

    Thank you for contacting JotForm support.

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have already receive 10 SSL submissions. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and if you reach the submission limit, your forms will be disabled. Your account is scheduled to downgrade on 20 nov, 2013.


    I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.

    Thank you for working with me on this. I'll be sure to not let this happen again. As I mentioned, I've set up an entirely separate account and transferred all the SSL forms to that account which has been upgraded to the Premium plan. All form submissions are feeding into this new account now.
