Download fillable form

Hello,

I would like to be able to build fillable forms, then download them. I cannot use a lot of forms online, due to confidentiality concerns. This program seems awesome and much easier to use than an Adobe form creator. Can I pay per form? Does a subscription allow me to download the forms?
