    I want to change my username and password

    Hi there,
    Thank you for reaching out.
    We can change the username for you. Please provide at least 3 unique username so that we can check for its availability. Please take note that period "." and spaces are not allowed anymore.

    Note: If you are using custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
