Hi,
When we receive auto respond notifications each email has maybe 20 invoice attachments. This started maybe a week ago. I have turned off the attachments function many times and somehow it keep getting turned back on and I receive another deluge of attachments.
How can I make them stop?

Could you try removing the autoresponder in the form and add it again to see if that helps?

I've tried everything and I can't get it to stop. At this point I just want to stop sending invoices all together but even when I turn it off it turns itself back on. Can you please see if you can make it stop sending invoices?

Also, I went into the PDF editor and deleted all of the PDF invoices and now they're all back again

Hi,
I assume the issue is with the form: https://www.jotform.com/form/202194458404151.
Since you don't need any invoices, may I delete your invoices from the PDF editor?

Yes, it's for this form. Like I said, I went in to the PDF editor yesterday and deleted all of the invoices and like magic they were back again today.
Go ahead and delete them for me.

As per your request, we have now deleted all the Invoices from the PDF editor. I have also checked the Autoresponder and see that there is are no Invoices being displayed when the PDF attachment is enabled.
