No API Key Provided error on Stripe integrated form

Our website, https://cleanenergysocial.com, is connected with Stripe via an API and the connection works great. We have some side services that our company wants to offer and we were hoping to use Jotform, along with the built-in integration to Stripe.

We built out the Jotform and integrated Stripe "successfully". Unfortunately, when a user tries to submit payment through the Jotform, the payment is not going through correctly. The user is getting an error that says "No API Key Provided". I see the transaction within the logs on Stripe, but the payment is not going through. I contacted Stripe first and they said that it's an issue with Jotform's plugin, so I needed to reach out to you. What do I need to do to get this working?

    Thanks,

    Jesse

By the way, if you search "jotform stripe no api key provided error" in Google, there are TONS of results. This is a very common error that Jotform seems to want to avoid providing any help.

The "No API Key Provided" error usually means that something is wrong with the Stripe payment field connection in the form.

    Please try the following:

    - Remove the Stripe payment field from your form.

    - Add the Stripe field again.

    - Connect it to Stripe and make sure to use the CONTINUE button to save the changes.
