My data from the Jotform is not sending data to Zapier

My data from the Jotform is not pulling through when I try link to Convertkit using Zapier. Please can you assist?

Hello @futurefemales2020 - I'm not familiar with ConvertKit, but can we check how you set up the zap? We'll try to replicate it on our end as much as possible, then see if we'll be able to make it work.

You can also check the task history and see if there were data coming from Jotform. https://zapier.com/learn/getting-started-guide/task-history/.

If there were data coming in, then the issue could be is how you set up the zap.
