    On the DSP page of the website, I don't want the whole for to show for all to see. I want there to be a button to push and then the page with the survey would launch. Is this possible and how can I do this. Thank you so much.

    Hi,

    You can replace the text of link in the code of your pop-up form with an image using the img tag instead.

    if this is your code

    replace the text like this

    <div class="LayoutContainer" style="display:block;" ><div><div style="display:block;overflow:hidden;" ><a target="_blank" href="javascript:void(%20window.open('http://form.jotform.us/form/32816305943152',%20'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))">

    <img src="https://shots.jotform.com/jonathan/shots/Snapshot_2013-11-21_06.55.43.png"/>

    </a></div></div></div>

    I have a sample page here that you can test.

    Hope this help. Inform us if you need more assistance.

    Thanks
