Blocked Submissions

Good afternoon:

My submissions are being blocked because it says “form over quota”(see attachment) but I am way under my allowed submissions per month for the free plan I am on. It also says I am low on upload space, but I cleared out previous submissions to make space.

So, I am not understanding why I am not being allowed to receive more submissions.

Please purge the submissions from the Trashed entries folder in your submission page:

This will update the upload space on your account.
