For every Contact Us email, we get two email sent

    Example: If the user selects Complement subject from our Contact Us Page. we receive

    1. Creative Wire Wear received two emails:
    2. A complement was sent
    3. Like Information on Jewelry please
    4. The sender receives
    5. We received your interest in Jewelry Complement
    6. Thank you for your complement

    What did I do wrong?

    You have a notification email and an autoresponder email on the form that is not linked to any conditions.

    All other emails are linked to conditions.

    Hence two emails will be sent - one triggered as per the conditions and the other due to the default email setup not linked to conditions.

    You can delete the above two emails so that one only email will be sent as per the setup conditions.

    I figured out the problem above that you referenced conditions... but I am still getting 2 emails for 1 Contact Us subject

    Focusing on Testimonial - when I sent that Subject, we received

    1. Testimonial was sent
    2. You received a Testimonial

    How do we get rids of the "Testimonial Sent?"

    This seems to occur with every Subject!

    As you can see below, there is one notification email that is not linked to any condition.

    This is related to the "A [Subject] was sent" email.

    So you will receive 2 emails for every subject.

    It seems strange that the system would respond with sending a "second email" of the same subject where another Subject is not completely configured.

    In this case, a Testimonial was sent - and we received 2 testimonial emails, where the culprit was a totally different Subject not completely configured...

    But you caught it! I don't know how that happened...the only thing I did was add a subject...apparently I deleted a condition. User error!
