HIPAA - Unable to view forms

    I am unable to view any of our forms this morning (really anything). When I attempt to log in it is as if we have no forms created. Can you please help?

    I've checked your account and it looks good from here.

    You're most likely logged out when you viewed the My Forms page considering you've posted your concern under a guest account.

    Please note that Jotform's session has an expiration which automatically logs out the user for security. The session's expiration is shorter on HIPAA accounts.

    I am having the same problem. I am logged in. I can see my setting but no forms.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a DB replication lag which caused the issue. However, the issue should be fixed by now and you should be able to login normally.

    The issue to look at forms is not fixed. Im getting an 404 message
