IS there a way that my client can just REPLY to the e-mail details on the Jotform that she receives from the website for an enquiry.
Please let me know what I must include / change on the form.

Did mean the Autoresponder E-mail? If you set and autoresponder e-mail on the form, and e-mail message will be automatically send to the form user which they can reply back via e-mail also.
You can review this guide Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Thanks for getting back to me but this is not what I need.
My client receives the jot form and wants to just press reply when you clicks on the e-mail address provided in the jot form - so she doesn't have to copy the e-mail address and then paste it into a new e-mail.
Is this possible?

Thanks for the clarificatin Joan-Anne.
If you want the user's email (the person's email who submits the form) to appear as the sender email and not our noreply@... emails, you should follow the next guide: Set Email Field as the Notification Sender Email Address with Mandrill
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance with this or kindly open a new thread to post unrelated inquiries.
