We are unable to access our forms

    Good morning,

    Our Intakes Department is unable to access our JotForms this morning. We log in and then it says we have no forms.

    Is something going on at your end that is causing this to happen?

    Please respond as soon as possible because we are quickly getting behind in our work.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a DB replication lag which caused the issue. However, the issue should be fixed by now and you should be able to login normally.

    Please check and let us know if you still notice any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
