How can I change the username/ the name in dedicated form links?Asked by GrapheneWeek on November 21, 2013 at 07:10 AM
The username shows up in the url of the html addresses of jotform forms. The username chosen was that of a particular event, which is now incorrect. How can I change the name appearing in the links OR the username?
okay... I now found some similar requests in the Forum. Could you change my username to one of the following:
- gendersummit (seems available)
JotForm Support Manager
Upon your request, I've renamed your username to gendersummit
Just make sure that if you are using custom domains, re-embed the form with the updated name
