    Asked by gormik on November 21, 2013 at 07:57 AM

    Hi!

    On this form http://www.jotform.com//?formID=33181807743961 i have two hidden fields hidden with form styles and this code

    #id_33 { display: none; }

    #id_34 { display: none; }

    Field one is radio buttons about customers and if they meet at to their appointment or not. Field two is a drop down about how many consultations they have with us.

    I want this two fields to be showed to my logged in Jotform users i have shared the form with, with the purpose that this two users can edit this two records.

    Possible? This form in not on any webpage as i work with it now.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I cloned your form and tried to do what you want to achieve, but found that's not possible as the fields are definetly hidden, because you are using the value none for the display property, so your sub-users won't be able to see the fields either.

    What I would suggest you is to use Form Collapse instead to hide the fields, otherwise, even you won't be able to edit them, using form collapse it will become like this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33245210895958

    I had to remove the CSS code, to let the fields appear.

    If you think that the alternative workaround is helpful for your, feel free to clone my form, please follow this guide to know how to clone forms: How to clone an existing form from a URL

    I hope this helps. However, if you still need assistance with this let us know or kindly open a new thread to post unrelated inquiries.

    Thanks

    I tried this now, and there is one problem: the "Amin Staff Only" section is viewable and editable to everyone, not only for admins. How could i fix this?

    I just find my own solution to my question above. I added a textfield "For admins only" that should be equal to a "password" and used a condition with show/hide field when "password" is correct entered. Then the two fields "møtte kunden" og "Antall timer" is viewed. Works nicely :-)
