Jotform Form Builder: Submission Data Cannot Be Viewed Even If The Payment and Submission are Done Successfully

    I setup the integration, and the money is going to PayPal on Submit of the Survey, but the data isn't going anywhere on Submit.

    Thank you for reaching us.

    We really apologize for the inconvenience we caused.

    Since I do not have the link of the form you mentioned, I have cloned your lastly edited form to test it on my end, and I was able to replicate the issue. I have made a test submission to my cloned form, made the payment on PayPal page, after the payment process done, I was directed to the Thank You Page. But when I opened the Submissions page of the form there was no submission data.
