I want to set up a simple for that requires a password to fill it out. There will only be one password that gets the form to go through. Is this possible with jotform?

    Hello Matthew,

Though creating authentication form in JotForm is not possible but there is a possible workaround where you can take advantage of our conditional logic feature to achieve your requirement.

This thread should help you where one of our colleague has provided a step by step guide:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/21374-How-can-I-password-protect-a-form

Please be noted that we have an anti-phishing system in place which does not like "Password" text or a combination of fields like "Email / Password" or "Username / Password". To avoid automatic suspension of your account, we advise you to rename your "Password" field to "Pin / Code / Key etc"

    Thank you!
