Upload Space full even if I emptied everything

Hello,

Is there a way I can delete my storage space? We have been using this website for a while, but now I see a message that says my account is out of upload space.

What are the limits under the free account? I think my form name is Talk of the Town. Not sure what other information you would need.

When I delete forms that have been submitted, are they removed from the storage or do they all add up? I'm confused as to why the storage would be full when I have deleted old forms.

It seems that the recalculation of the storage was stuck.

I forced it manually and now everything should be back to normal.
