After completing the form and clicking SUBMIT, an error page comes up with INVALID QUANTITY.. But I don't know why so I can't fix it. Could you direct me to the field at least to what the error page is referring to? ASAP please. My customers can't complete orders online right now.

1 dozen is not a valid quantity since it has text in it. Enabling the "Special Pricing" should help, then enter each price for each quantity.
