Saved Submissions + Uploaded files: Uploaded files with spaces in names can't be accessed

    Good Afternoon,


    After uploaded my document to your platform. If I click on the document to view it to make sure it's there, I get an error page. This is only happening in some of the fields but not all. Is this normal? If not, what do I need to do?

    Please advise.

    Please try updating your account privacy settings and disable these options:

    They are disabled.
    So is it normal to get the error page in the midst of completing the
    application? Once the application is submitted, will the documents upload
    and appear?

    I can check your uploaded file if you can provide the form link. You can also try uploading to this demo form so I can check if the test file you're uploading is working fine or opening on my end.

    Hello LaTasha! Based on your previous ticket with us, it seems that you are referring to the files uploaded in the saved session. Kindly note that we have a bug in our system that doesn't display the uploaded files if the file name has space characters and certain special characters. I'll report this to the concerned team now.

    If you change your file names and only use alphanumeric characters without any spaces in file names and then re-upload these to the form; then you won't face any issues.

    Even if you don't change these names and submit your form; the form owner will still be able to view your uploaded files.

    Okay, I submitted the form last night and all was attached. Thank you so much for your diligence in corresponding. That one piece was really stressful in ensuring that all was uploaded and accounted for. Maybe a disclaimer can be placed under the upload button to state that the documents will be attached after the application is submitted; for future applicants. Again, thank you and stay safe!Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S10e.
