I created a form, and tested it, over the winter and fall. When we began using it, yesterday, for residents it suddenly began including a reCaptcha requirement.

This is not needed for our purposes and is causing significant frustration for users.

I've read through the instructions and I'm not seeing why the reCaptcha is now active or how to get rid of it.

    Thank you!

I can replicate the issue on your form, embedded and direct.

However, when I tested a cloned version of your form, it worked as wished.

    Here it is:

So, kindly clone the form, and use the cloned version instead.

If this is not a suitable solution, please let us know so we can further investigate the issue.

I hope I have been of any help.

Interestingly, when I use your cloned version it did not request a captcha. When I made adjustments to my form and cloned it I still must deny being a robot.

    Thank you

I'm able to replicate the issue on your cloned form.

I'll report this issue to our developers. If there is any update, we will inform you here.
