Hi there,
There seems to be an issue with our jotform requests.
The form submitter is able to successfully upload a document or powerpoint to the ASSETS Upload field, however when the form comes through to the team and we click the link it takes us to a 404 error page.
Can we please have some assistance as soon as possible.
I have also provided a screenshot of the field where this error is occurring.

I checked your account but could not find any forms within it.
Nonetheless, if you know who owns the form, please have them uncheck the restriction within their My Account > Settings page that requires log-in to view uploaded files.
