Unable to Change Password

    I was attempting to update my password today but was unable because they Submit button for it was grayed out.

    I also tried just pressing enter and received a message stating "OK," however, when I tried logging out and back in again, it was still the old password that was in place.


    I have included a screen shot to show you what I was seeing.

    It seems to be working fine from my side. Could you please try to clear your browser cookies and cache and then check it again?

    The button is supposed to be active when you enter the new password into both fields.

    Then it is saving it upon clicking the Save button.

    If the issue still persists, please let us know.
