Help! I cannot see information in notification emails!

    I can see the information in the submission report but not in the emails.  This is how my team is notified.   The form can be found here:

    While examining both of the form's email alerts, I discovered that whereas the tags in the alert labelled Notification are all correct, only the Notes tag {notes} in the other alert (Notification 1) is okay. Please note the differences between the said email alerts in the following screenshots:

    Also, instead of clicking the Form Fields menu to insert the correct tags, you could just delete Notification 1 (click Delete E-Mail) and create a new notification.
