    Hint example text not showing up?

    Asked by snoodlenoodle1 on June 09, 2011 at 09:20 AM

    I have created a form and included some hint text if you click 'yes' where it asks you 'Do you have a domain name?' The text field that pops up is not displaying the the hint txt.  Can you please tell me what might be the problem here??

    regards

    Hi Louie

    What browswer are you using to view the form? Did you change something since your last post? When I loaded the page, I could see the hint text, albeit in a pretty light gray which may make it hard to see against the white background but I think it always looks that way. I'm presently viewing the field on a friend's laptop and tilting the screen helped to make it clearer to see.

    Perhaps some injected CSS targeting the color of hint examples might help to resolve this issue but I don't have the tool on this PC to help me determine what CSS needs to be used.

    Incidentally, if you want to remove that line under the header, include a border declaration in the CSS rule already there:

    .form-header-group {
    background:none repeat scroll 0 0;
    border-color:transparent;
    }

    I'll see if I can find out the CSS needed later.
