Empty entries

    Hi there,

    We have a form with several required questions, but in the table report there are a few that are completely blank, with no data on them.

    We added a condition to hide the send button until several fields were filled, but we are still getting some blank entries, could you help us?

    I can see that you are using the UNIQUE ID widget that adds a serial number to each submission. Now, those blank submissions don't have those - meaning they were not submitted. If they are, the UNIQUE ID widget would have been skipped a number. For example, this highlighted cell should be "007":

    But it was skipped making the cell above it to be "007".

    So I can only assume that maybe the blanks are not submissions made by submitting the form, but by accidentally clicking the last row of the table triggering a blank row to be added as in this example:

    Could it be the cause? Aside from you, are there any users who have access to your account and were able to view and edit the submissions?
