Downloading JotForm for Participants completing Forms

Hello.

My work email is down, so please reply to my above email.

Do participants completing a form always have to download JotForm first? I clicked on the link and it makes me create an account to complete a test form. I am working with a specific population and need to make this easy to use. Having them download an app or register for an account is time consuming for something they will never use again. It is not appropriate for my population.

How do I turn that feature off?
