Hi, about 10 days ago I attempted to manually cancel my premium subscription but today I received an email from paypal to say that the payment had been requested (and failed, because I cancelled the card it depended on because I don't want to make any more payments). I tried again today to cancel and it just says "your account has been marked for manual cancellation". What does that mean?
I just want to move back to the basic starter package.

I have now downgraded your subscription plan to STARTER package.
You will no longer be charged for any payment.
