Salesforce integration is not creating a record when the form is submitted

    Salesforce is not capturing records from Jotform for the Campaign objects. Could you please check my form?

    For Salesforce, you should make sure that the Select fields like Dropdown, Single Choice, and Multiple Choice fields match their options with the counterpart fields from Salesforce. That's very important.

    Please try removing all other fields and keep the email and name fields only. Submit a test in the form to see if the contact is created on Salesforce. If that works, slowly map new other fields.
