    Integration with WP page

Asked by monroerealtraining on November 24, 2013 at 07:58 PM

I love your JotForm builder. I have created a form. I've tried several different methods of adding my client's form to his website.

    [jotform id=33277403717859]

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/33277403717859"></script>

First is using JotForm Integration tocken plug in and the second is embed code I copied from the form in JotForm. Neither are working. What else is causing this to not display? Please advise.

    Form should display on https://monroerealtraining.com/wp/contact-us/

I can provide access to WordPress admin if you are interested.

    Thank you.

I view this page on another website/computer and it appeared for me, I did a test, submitted, got the thank you page. I went to a different page and then back to the Contact Us page, the form is not there again. Something is not feeding correctly or something? Is there a way to view log or something with the form?

From what I have checked in your website https://monroerealtraining.com/wp/contact-us/ there are 2 forms embedded.

And this one http://form.jotform.us/form/33277403717859?902267377  I think is causing issue because it is embedded using script code which is conflicting with the other scripts in your website page.

I suggest you take this steps to get a fresh start on the page where you embed the form.

    1. Remov ALL embedded JotForm form in the page.

    2. Embed one form using the WP Embed App http://apps.jotform.com/app/wordpress_embed_form

Make sure to follow the screen instruction on using the WP embed form app.

Please try our suggestion. Inform us if issue remains.

I created a new page, In that icon area in the Visual mode tab that icon button does to the e-commerce products data, nothing for jot form to insert the script. I've even tried adding the script in the Text tab which should work but doesn't. Can you email my web designer jen@jengraphdesigns.com and work with her directly to resolve this? She can provide you the WP admin info to take a look there. Would be most helpful. Thank you.

First, uninstall your current Jotform Embed Plugin and I would suggest using our own WordPress Embed Form Plugin: Embed Form Plugin for Wordpress. After you install this one, the shortcode should be like this:

    [jotform id="33277403717859"]

This should work for both the Visual and Text Tabs of the WordPress page/post editor.

I will contact your Web Designer.
