Corona Responder Program: Notification emails got deleted automatically.

    I have been using my "Employee Information Form" for a number of months with no issues until this weekend. I have a number of email notifications set up so when a new employee is added to our system various relevant departments are notified and tasks issued.

    I have just noticed that I'm now missing 5 email notifications and would like for them to be restored. They are (sorry I can't remember the exact name I named each one):

    • VMO/Board Personnel Label
    • Staff Personnel Label
    • IT Notification
    • Manager/Supervisor Notification
    • Uniform Notification

    Below is a screenshot of my current notifications (which is incorrect). Please fix asap.

    Also, the recipient for my "Welcome New Employee" email now goes to our uniform supplier, instead of the "Uniform Supplier" email. It is very unprofessional and I'm now getting emails wondering why they are getting these particular emails. Please help me!

    Greetings,

    Unfortunately, we do not keep data of the notification and autoresponder emails created in your account. You'll have to recreate them.

    However, after checking your account I can see that you are currently on the Free Plan. The free plan only allows you to use 1 notification email. You were using a paid plan previously?

    Do you have another paid account with us?

    I’m on the free health account, which has given me full access through COVID and should continue to do so until June I believe. Everything has worked fine until the last couple of days.
