Changes Lost / images not loading

    Hello,

    I was working on my ADU Form and logged about 45 minutes of additions this morning and not only is the form moving incredibly slowly and not loading pictures fully (in my photos and the already loaded images), but now I cannot find all the work I did this morning and some of the work I did yesterday.

    There are entries disappearing altogether. Can you please advise what happened or if you are undergoing some type of issue/update?

    Please help and thank you, this is not an efficient platform if we have to keep re-doing work. Thank you in advance.

    Now we have reported this issue to our Maintenance team for further investigation.

    having the same issue. Is this an outage of some sort

    There has to be an issue because even the image you posted isn't loading.

    Hi Alex, thanks for the link. I have checked my revision history and as you can see by the image below, although it states that it was last edited today 3/9/2021, it's only showing the activity back in January. I am still not able to find the items I inputted this morning and a whole roofing category is gone.

    The images are now showing properly though, thank you.

    If I am able to reference a prior saved version of the form, that would be great! But at this point, I've lost several hours of work. I would appreciate your help on this, thank you!

    I am unable to replicate your issue with the revision date. On my side, it shows that you made some changes on Mar, 10.

    Hi Alex, I logged back in and now am seeing the history for 3/9, but still nothing for 3/10.

    Is there any way to just go back to a prior saved version and reinstate that? That's seemingly the only way I can recoup some of my losses since a LOT of things were removed per the history shown below.

    I am just about to clear my cache, but wanted to show you this first.

    Please, note that in the US current day is 3/9, not like in Europe.

    From my account (From Europe), it looks like the changes were made today (3/10), but for you, it's 3/9.

    Yes, you need just to click on the previous version and click REVERT

    Hi Alex, we're definitely getting closer to an older solution, at the worst,

    I would like to go back to the version I was working on 3/8/2021 at6 or 7pm. However, as you can see, I only have one recent day of history (which is incorrect since I've worked on this basically every day in March). Are you able to show those days as well?
