On our forms we are asking clients to upload a headshot photo. When we het the form results in PDF sometimes the headshot file is sent to our email as a separate jpg file along with the PDF file, sometimes not. And sometimes the JPG file is not clickable for download from the form, or Jotform says file type not recognized when it is a JPG.
Cannot seem to figure out how to fix this.
Thank you

Hi there,
Happy to help!
I made a clone of your form https://www.jotform.com/210414628719153 and sent through several test submissions in an effort to replicate the issue. I was able to access and receive the attachments without issue as JPEGs and PDFs as I tested a number of different file uploads.
Please note that the maximum upload size for single upload fields is 1GB, so this may explain why you are receiving the images separately.
I was able to replicate the issue of the notification email appearing odd:
If you delete the older Notification Email and then recreate it, does the issue persist?
We await your response.
