I am receiving an XML error when i go to check my email for the form that was delivered. The image apppears in the jotform control panel, but does not appear in the email. Clicking on the hyperlink only generates the error messagge seen here:

I couldn't seem to replicate the situation you are in. Are you sure you're still experiencing the same problems? This issue is related to an incident about two weeks ago which affected the files uploaded in some of our user's forms.
It has been fixed however, so it should not be an issue now. Please let us know if the problem still persists. We look forward to your response. Thank you.

I just tried another forum submission and it seems to be working. Strange, since i just loaded that form last night and i've only been using jotform for about 1 week.

I have same problem to day. I get order from my costumer but i can't get his picture

it made this arror only one time i don't know why

I ask from my costumer to send me by e-mail. I thing it is fine now i just test it work good. First time i get and error like this.
