Jotform Failing to Compose PDF Purchase Orders

    My Sales Manager and three of our main suppliers have now rejected / cancelled the use of JotForm. It is causing large disruption to our business processes.

    please advise with urgency how this is being addressed!

    As you can see from my client - they are not happy using Jotform!

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced some technical issue with the PDF module and we have received an update that this issue should be resolved by now. We request you to check check again and let us know if you still notice any issue? We will be happy to take a look again.
