Google calendar integration - time slots on Google calendar stored one hour earlier than on form

    Hi,

I'm having an issue with my appointments: time selected and confirmation email match but when the bookings go to my google calendar they are assigned to an hour earlier (ie. booked 10AM, Google calendar shows 9AM).

What's worse is that it's happening only for some appointments, not for all.

I have 2 different calendars in the same form, it's happening with either calendars.

People booked from same location as mine (Sydney).

    Please help

I understand that you are referring to the form https://www.jotform.com/203610794775058.

I was unable to replicate the issue on Google calendar on checking this with a cloned version of your form and also a demo form.

Could you hide the existing appointment fields on the form, add new ones and integrate those with Google Calendar.

Then check if the times are shown correctly.

    Hi,

    Done as suggested, same issue.

    Hi,
I have tested from the clone of your form and from a new form that I have created, and I have replicated the issue.
Bookings go onto the calendar one hour earlier than scheduled.

    Hi,

Just wondering if there is any update with this?

This calendar issue is giving me lots of headaches and eventually wasting me more time than taking all bookings "manually".

I have tested and it was ok. Then try and let us know how it is working in your end.
