Assigned Forms: Can we bypass this process and make sure they only see the form as soon as they log in?

I invite a random email address to fill in a form via the "invite by email" functionality and I expect some people to do this through the app. (I am aware they need to register and login). At the moment, after logging in to the app, they need to click on ALL FORMS > ASSIGNED FORMS > FORM. Can we bypass this process and make sure they only see the form as soon as they log in? Can we remove the form generation rights (admin rights) for these external respondents?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, assigned forms are shown separately in the mobile app as well as in the web app.

This is because assigned forms have limited permissions; user can only fill and optionally view their submissions. Whereas, in the case of other forms; edit permissions are also there.

    Thank you!

    Hello!

    - Can we remove the form generation rights (admin rights) for these external respondents?

I am not very sure what you mean here. Can you please elaborate?

    Thank you!

What I am trying to say is:

Imagine someone is going to use the app offline with an email account and password predefined for him/her. All I want this person to log in, view the assigned form and fill out the form when offline. (Of course, this means the app is previously downloaded when there is an internet connection). Because what we want for our project is for many people to use the same login details and submit their responses when offline. That's why when they log in, we don't want them to be confused with the form generating functionalities. The only thing needed from them is to fill out the form.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The user will need to select the assigned forms and open the assigned form he/she wants to fill.
