    Hello,

I integrated my form with google sheets as I usually do. Never had an issue prior to this. Some submissions are missing from the google sheet. I removed the integration and deleted for the google sheet and redid the integration and still had the issue. Please advise.

    Hello @SaintSarkis,

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

If you are missing data from your Google Sheets integration, usually disconnecting and reconnecting the integration will resolve the issue. However, when you do reconnect it, you will need to make sure to check the box at the bottom that says "Send existing submissions to this sheet".

Here is a screenshot for reference:

This should send all of your submissions to the new or existing sheet.

However, if this does not work. Another way to send the data to your sheets page is to simply re-submit the form. You can access the edit mode of your submissions via the Tables page and upon re-submitting, the data should send to the integrated Google Sheet.

    Hello,
As I said in my original post, I already disconnected and reconnected the
integration and it did not work and yes, the send existing submissions is
    checked.
According to your second suggestion, I would have to resubmit entries one
by one. I shouldn't have to do that. Can someone please take a look at the
coding on the backend and see what the issue is?
