I need Strip integration support in JotForms

    Confirm link with form –

    Confirm Transactions - No Confirmation email on payment received.

    Quantity options in check out - How can I add quantity to products/subscription ( In a case were a client selects an item and wants two or more)

    Final review prior to submission ( There should be a review page of shopping cart before submitting)

    Receipt for both parties

    I made two test transactions of $0.11 - I can see the CC info in the Stripe dashboard but not the amount

    A client (Grace Smith) also made a LIVE transaction in the form but amount does not show in the Stripe Dashboard.


    Please address this issues asap as we are already LIVE with sales and installations

    Hello George,

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support. Allow me to address your concerns in order below:

    1) There is no confirmation email that is sent after a purchase is made. You have the option to send a receipt in the Autoresponder email. However, there is no other option to have users approve their transactions via email. The transaction is accepted when the user enters their payment info directly on the form. and submits

    2) You can add quantity selectors to the products with the Product Option settings. Related User Guide - Create-sub-products-based-on-a-product-option

    3) If you want your users to review the entered data before submitting, you can insert the Review Before Submit widget into your form. https://www.jotform.com/widgets/review-before-submit

    4) When you submit a payment, the product data and the total amount paid should both be sent to the payment processor dashboard. Both of these sets of data will be sent together as one. Can you kindly check your Stripe dashboard once again to see if the amount paid is included with the Product data?
