We need some help accessing our jot forms corporate account. We recently had our jot forms administrator leave our organization abruptly. She did not pass on any information for our account and apparently changed her account password on March 2. We know this because there was an email sent from noreply@jotform.com confirming the password change in her deleted emails. The company name is Diversus Health (formerly AspenPointe) and the user account is ChristinaPoole. Can you reset the password to something new and email that new password, or a link to a password reset to her email account Christina.Poole@DiversusHealth.org please?

Unfortunately, the account you mention is completely empty, and the account is under a gmail address and there is no history of the creation of any recent form. Do you happen to have a link to a form of yours that was created with the account?
