How can I transfer a form from one account to another?

    To whom it may concern,

A colleague has another JotForm account and he would like to share a copy of one of his forms with us so we can use it. Currently, both accounts are HIPAA protected. Is there a way for us to do this, and if so, how?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. May I confirm that you'd like to simply use an existing form to create a new form? or you'd like to transfer submission data of users along with your forms?

If you'd like to use an existing form to build a new form, you could clone an existing form. For more information on how to clone a form, please visit the following link.

If you'd like to transfer submission data with your form, you will need to disable HIPAA at first. We will not be able to transfer HIPAA protected submissions. If you disabled your HIPAA, we could transfer your form to a different account on our end. Please note that a request of transferring the form needs to be coming from form owner, so please kindly login to the account which owns the form and reach out to us.

If you have any other questions, please reach out to us again.

    Best,
