I am selling an ebook on my website, and have set up and autoresponder email with the download link when people purchase the book using the jotform payment system through my business paypal account. However, so far, no one is receiving the autoresponder email. When I check the email alerts autoresponder settings, the sender and reply to emails are both set to my business email account, and the Recipient email is set on "Please Select" as I'm given no options to choose other than that.
How can I correct this issue?

PS. the test email does go through, but I've walked through purchasing my own ebook and did not receive the autoresponder email.

Thank you for contacting us, The value of the "Recipient email" will be pulled out from the value of the field that is in your form, you have to add a field that the "Recipient email" can grab. Normally for autoresponse setup when someone fills out the form and fills in the value of ex. "Email" when you set "Email" as your "Recipient email" it grabs the value of that field so that after submitting the form it then sends an email to whatever value it gets from "Email" field so if you want the submitter to receive an email you have to include a field that gives "Recipient email" a value.
