So far, I've created only 1 form. Its name is Positive Accountability Webinar Registration Form. Since Friday Nov 22, 15 people have submittted the form (which is embedded on this page on our company website: http://tomblaisse.com/webinar_PA.html ).
Each time someone has submitted the form, I've received 2 notifications via email. The Subject line for 1 notification email is New submission: Positive Accountability Webinar Registration Form. The Subject line for the 2nd notification email is new Registration for Positive Accountability Webinar. Your system sends the 2 emails for each submission at the same time, and the Message part of each "set" of emails is exactly the same.
This duplication is confusing. I assume it's due to some box I checked somewhere while creating the form. How do I stop these duplicate notification emails?
Thank you.Page URL:

Good Day Mate! I am here to help can you, please check the e-mail alert section inside your jotform control panel and make sure that you only have one notification configuration.. if you have 2 notification settings and it uses the same email addresses this might cause you to have duplicate notifications inside your email which is misleading.
If you want a single notification at a time please follow this video link that I created below:
I hope this help you out my mate.

I found two notifications on your form. That is the reason why you kept on receiving two email notifications at a time. Deleting the 2nd notification should sort this out.
To delete notification, check this guide: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder
