I am not receiving e-mail alerts when someone submits a form? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

    Hi,

    after checking our email server logs, I found that emails were successfully delivered to your email address.

    It is possible that your email service provider is marking mails from JotForm servers as spam, if this is the case please check your spam folder and configure a custom email sender to your email notification.

    If this problem perssist please provide your email service provider with this IP address list in order to put JotForm email servers in their whitelist .
